You can look up the status of your order using the following methods:
- You can also click the link in the order confirmation email and it will take you to the order details page which will show the latest order status
- Alternatively, you can sign into your account
- click into your profile
- click into activity
- click into the order in question
- there you will find a 'Status' field that will let you know if the order is being processed, or if it shipped
