Where is my order?

You can look up the status of your order using the following methods:

• You can also click the link in the order confirmation email and it will take you to the order details page which will show the latest order status
• Alternatively, you can sign into your account
  • click into your profile
  • click into activity
  • click into the order in question
    • there you will find a 'Status' field that will let you know if the order is being processed, or if it shipped
